Handiwork Productions is a small production company committed to sharing Good News of Jesus through Musical Theatre. Handiwork was founded in the Spring of 2024 by directors Gareth and Sarah Hides. We are based in the East Midlands.

Gareth Hides - Artistic Director

Gareth is a Musical Theatre writer and producer with a background in acting and music. He is an ordained Baptist Minister and evangelist with a passion for telling engaging stories on stage.

Sarah Hides - Executive Director

Sarah is a freelance British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter with a passion for quality, accessible theatre. Alongside her work with Handiwork, she has interpreted for: Cats (London Palladium, West End); Strictly Come Dancing: The Live Tour (UK tour); Legally Blonde, Shrek the Musical and The Sound of Music (all UK tours).
